1. Service Activation

• Services start after payment and document verification.
• Incorrect or incomplete documents are the client’s responsibility.

2. Virtual Office Usage

• Virtual office addresses are for official business use only.
• No illegal or unauthorized business activity is permitted.
• Misuse of services may result in immediate termination.

3. Compliance Responsibility

• Government approvals depend on respective authorities.
• Clients must cooperate with all compliance requirements.
• MyWorkEstate does not participate in illegal payments or activities.

4. Meeting Room & Facilities

• Meeting room and workspace bookings are subject to availability.
• Fair usage policy applies to all facilities and amenities.

5. Limitation of Liability

• MyWorkEstate is not liable for government delays or rejections.
• Errors caused by clients are not covered under liability.
• Force majeure situations are excluded from liability claims.

Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the client.

6. Client Obligations

• Clients must keep contact details updated.
• Mail forwarding and communication policies must be followed.
• Sharing or misuse of workspace plans is prohibited.

7. Termination of Services

• Violation of company policies.
• Non-payment of dues.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law under Delhi NCR jurisdiction.
